Our client, well-established Technology Private Equity fund is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Investment Associate to join their team in Stockholm. Responsibilities: Identify and assess investment opportunities. Conduct detailed due diligence, including financial modeling and valuation. Prepare investment memorandums and support deal execution. Assist in portfolio monitoring and performance reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Economics, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in M&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Preferably tech/TMT experience. Fluent in Swedish.
