Analysts are key members of the Finance Department, contributing significantly to decision-making and strategic planning. We are the proud owners of our data warehouse and all dashboards used in our company.Once you join our team, you will be responsible for:Preparing reports, analyses, and business recommendations based on data from Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and BigQueryManaging and improving the Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup, including data layer configuration and tracking accuracyDeveloping and maintaining the analytical environment in GA4Collaborating with the UX team to design and implement analytics that deepen insights into user journeysDesigning and visualizing data in Looker Studio dashboardsAnalyzing sales funnels and conducting A/B tests, translating insights into concrete actions that improve conversion and user engagementRecommending optimization actions for traffic acquisition and conversion rateDebugging tracking issues and ensuring the reliability of analytical toolsCollaborating closely with business and other teams (marketing, sales, development) to support data-driven decision-makingWhy Tylko?Because we celebrate inclusivity and work together to build a culture of happy, healthy employees who are truly heard. We also provide the following benefits for every single member:One Extra Day Off every monthComprehensive healthcareSports cardIntegration eventsA discount on Tylko productsAnd of course, a dog-friendly office!What we’re looking for:Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (web analytics, data analysis, e-commerce)Expert knowledge of Google Analytics 4 configurationStrong experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) — configuration, debugging, event trackingSolid command of SQL and experience with databases (BigQuery or other cloud environments such as AWS or Azure)Proven ability to analyze sales funnels and assess campaign performanceExperience designing reports and dashboards (e.g. in Looker Studio)Excellent communication skills, ownership mindset, and proactive approachFluent Polish and English (C1)Availability to work from our Warsaw office 3 days per weekIt would be an additional plus if you also:Experience with Server-Side GTM (sGTM)Familiarity with DV360 / SA360 and campaign planning toolsKnowledge of AppEngine or other cloud-based automation toolsUnderstanding of basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
