Required QualificationsSolid background in translating business needs into technical enablersExperience in Azure, HTTP, GraphQLSeveral years in senior developer or architect roles, with experience guiding larger developer communitiesAbility to lead organizational and process changes at enterprise scaleExcellent communication and presentation skillsFluency in English (Finnish is considered an advantage)Expertice We Value Broad experience in designing and developing digital services Understanding how to ensure security, scalability, and reliability in complex systems Familiarity with modern platforms and approaches to building sustainable architectures Experience in areas such as identity & access management, data-driven solutions, and modular design Awareness of usability, accessibility, analytics, and continuous improvement practices
