Web Author

Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Web Author to create, update, and maintain digital content across multiple content management systems (CMS), with a primary focus on Sitecore and WordPress. This role partners with development, content, and marketing teams to deliver accurate, consistent, and engaging web experiences.Responsibilities:Build and edit web pages, forms, banners, and other components within Sitecore, WordPress, and additional CMS platforms.Follow established web content guidelines, brand standards, and best practices.Ensure all content remains accurate, relevant, accessible, and current.Test and review pages for functionality, quality, and WCAG accessibility compliance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and meet user needs.Execute field-requested website updates and promptly resolve content issues.Identify and troubleshoot errors or inconsistencies in web content.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in web design, web development, digital communications, or related field.2+ years of web authoring or CMS experience; Sitecore and WordPress expertise strongly preferred.Proficiency with additional web content management systems is a plus.Knowledge of WCAG accessibility and SEO best practices preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Skilled at managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.Key Requirements:WordPress & Website CreationWebsite Content Management System (CMS)Content Publishers/ManagerWebsite DesignerWeb Authoring
