Do you have 7+ years of experience Web Content Management System Specialist? We are looking for a new colleague to join our team in Brussels, on-site.Requirements:7+ years of relevant experience in Web Content Management Systems3+ years of experience working with LMS systems (e.g., Moodle, EU-Learn), understanding editor, course manager, and user workflows.Proven experience with CMS platforms, specifically Drupal, and strong understanding of various administrative roles within these systems.E-Learning Expertise: Extensive experience with e-learning creation tools, such as Articulate 360 (or similar), and proficiency with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite).Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and PHP in a LAMP stack. Proficiency in front-end JavaScript for web applications (Chrome/Firefox).Experience with multilingual content, specifically preparing and translating using .xliff content (XML format).Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, ServiceNow) and strong command of Microsoft Office tools.Security & Compliance: Willingness to obtain EU SECRET security clearance (mandatory requirement).Soft Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, resilience, strong organization, and the ability to present projects to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Language(s): English(fluent)Job Description:Support daily operations and ensure the existing training catalog is up-to-date on the client’s Drupal intranet platform.Manage and maintain training content on LMS platforms (EU-Learn and L&D Moodle), including editing and creating courses and Learning Paths.Design and create engaging e-learning solutions using various media formats (SCORM, MP4, PDF) for publication.Provide support for audio-video recordings and post-production, including preparing closed-captioning for accessibility.Assist in the manual and automated translation of content for multilingual products using .xliff content.Provide second-line technical support for LMS and CMS tools, liaising with the IT Helpdesk and platform administrators.Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and end-user Knowledge Base articles using OpenText or similar tools.Support the preparation of Learning and Development metrics related to training participation and success rates.
