You'll need to handle feedback from the client and make amends, digest an Excel spreadsheet to find and process inputs into actionable items and keep track of project status.Providing status reports to your project manager every day will be key, as well as managing your timing on the job. Excellent communication and attention to detail are required in order to successfully deliver.Responsibilities:Be a team player to deliver across a range of deliverables from email marketing to website content.Strive to follow and implement the best practice production process within Brandtech+Plan and schedule your projects efficientlyCommunicate project status to your Project Manager and Development lead according to agreed account processAdhere to timelines and deadlines set outBe able to verify the qualitative and quantitative input and output of a project against the project objectivesClear communication, building trust between both internal teams and the clientIdentify, manage and mitigate against project risksBe a valued team member and enjoy working with people from different disciplines within BRANDTECH+, as well as the rest of the Web Content ManagersEnsure administration tasks are maintained to the same high standard as the rest of your workPerform QC and be a brand advocate for the business to ensure the highest quality of the deliveryImage cropping and resizing, ensuing we have the correct image dimensions for use in website, emails and pushWhat You'll Need:Attention to detailFluent in EnglishPride in workExcellent Communication skillsExcel Skills – important as this is used daily2+ years experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)Working knowledge of JiraExcellent Understanding of CMS platformsGood organizational and time managementAbility to work under pressureBasic photoshop skills to support image resizingTHIS ROLE IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF...You're someone who thrives on shared successes, especially as part of a team that's making waves with innovative processes & high-volume delivery.
