Job Description

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will work in coordination with internal teams to design and develop our next generation website. You must be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to take lead on the project and the workflow required.ResponsibilitiesRevise, edit, proofread & optimize web contentWork cross-functionally to enhance overall user experienceOwn various design tasks involved in the web development life cycle from start to finishHave a good sense of design and web layout with portfolio examples.QualificationsProficiency in Front-End Development, including skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptKnowledge of Web Development principles and frameworksCreative and user-centered approach to Web DesignAbility to troubleshoot and resolve website and application issuesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailFamiliarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibilityExperience in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plusExperience with Vue, React, Angular, Next, or NuxtExperience with the below technologies:Animation Libraries (2D, DOM, SVG) – e.g., GSAP, Anime.js, Popmotion. Great for timeline-based, scroll-triggered, and micro-interactions.Scroll / View-Triggered Libraries – e.g., ScrollTrigger, AOS, Locomotive Scroll / Lenis. Animate elements as the user scrolls, pin elements, or create parallax effects.3D / WebGL Frameworks – e.g., Three.js, Babylon.js, A-Frame. For full 3D scenes, interactive backgrounds, or VR-style elements.Designer-Driven / Asset-Based Animation – e.g., Lottie, Rive. Lets designers export animations from tools like After Effects and run them directly on the web.Motion-Graphics-Focused Libraries – e.g., Mo.js. Focused on custom, smooth, modular motion graphics for more “designer-driven/artistic” effects
