Job Description:Our client is seeking a highly creative Web Designer to join their team. This role requires excellent aesthetic judgment, strong design versatility, and the ability to translate abstract ideas into visually impactful, user-friendly web designs. The ideal candidate is imaginative, detail-oriented, and passionate about crafting stunning digital interfaces.Responsibilities of the role:Design visually engaging, responsive websites aligned with brand guidelines and project goals.Develop creative concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and final layouts.Collaborate with developers, content creators, and project managers to ensure cohesive end-to-end design execution.Maintain design consistency across all digital assets and page templates.Apply a high level of creativity to propose innovative UI/UX solutions.Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.Required Experience and Qualifications:Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar design-focused role.Strong proficiency in Figma (must-have).Portfolio demonstrating high-creativity web design work.Proficiency in other design tools such as Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.Ability to translate conceptual ideas into visually compelling layouts.Strong attention to detail and ability to work within timelines.Personality:Highly creative and imaginative.Detail-oriented with strong aesthetic judgment.Collaborative, open to feedback, and adaptable to shifting project needs.Self-motivated and proactive in proposing new ideas.Salary and Benefits:Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.Software & Tools:Figma
