In addition, certifications that endorse our company as a great place to work.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain dynamic content libraries and assign them to customer attributes via ESP coding and coordination with data partners. Own and improve email campaign rendering across major email clients and devices. Build functional, mobile-friendly email templates in the ESP (optimized for all devices). Troubleshoot issues with ESP reps, Email Marketing, and E-Commerce teams related to tracking, implementation, and deployment. Partner with email marketers, copywriters, and designers to develop, code, and QA promotional, automated, and transactional emails using best-practice HTML/CSS. Think broadly and propose fresh solutions beyond the initial ask; contribute additional ideas. Stay current on best practices and trends in digital experiences. Leverage research and data insights to connect with target audiences and meet user needs and expectations. Requirements3+ years of experience in email coding/development with success in fast-paced marketing or agency teams. In-depth knowledge of modern HTML and CSS for responsive email. Experience with one or more ESPs: Braze (preferred), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Acoustic. Proficiency in modern web best practices, including responsive layouts and mobile-first design; willingness to research and learn new practices. Understanding of WCAG/ADA/Section 508 compliance. Understanding of Dark Mode and device rendering nuances. Understanding of email marketing KPIs. Experience with email testing strategy and setup. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Highly creative and strategic, detail-oriented, open to feedback, strong presentation/interpersonal skills, and a self-starter able to multitask and meet deadlines.
