The ideal candidate combines strong project leadership with a deep understanding of digital commerce platforms, particularly Salesforce Commerce Cloud and a passion for delivering customer-centric online experiences.Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end eCommerce and web experience projects, guiding them from conception through execution to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. User Experience Optimization: Work collaboratively with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketers to deliver intuitive, engaging, and conversion-focused digital experiences. Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a liaison among business units, IT, design teams, and external partners to ensure technical capabilities align with commercial aimsData-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and customer insights to guide improvements in design and functionality, including A/B testing and personalization strategiesTechnical Coordination: Coordinate with development teams to integrate systems, resolve technical issues, and maintain platform stability and performanceProfileDemonstrated experience leading digital/eCommerce initiatives, ideally within retail or consumer brand sectorsStrong knowledge of web technologies, UX principles, and digital commerce ecosystemsExperience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar enterprise-level eCommerce platformsProficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Jira, and CMS platformsUnderstanding of SEO, CRO, and digital marketing principlesFamiliarity with omnichannel commerce and mobile-first strategy approachesProfessional RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, reporting tools, and cross-functional collaboration, with a passion for driving data-informed decisions in a fast-paced digital environment.LanguagesIn addition, you are fluent in English, additional language is an advantage.Job Location: Rue Nicolas-G-Hayek / Nicolas-G-Hayek-Strasse, 2502 Biel/Bienne, Switzerland (Bern)Company Address: Swatch Ltd Nicolas G.
