We hire for potential, not titles or experience, and believe the best way to learn is by doing.Role OverviewWe are in look-outs for a WEB Operations Specialist who is motivated, willing to learn and performs. As part of this job, you will create, improve, and optimize digital content to drive user engagement and conversions.IMPORTANT: At first, the job will be mostly about making and improving web operations, but it will eventually involve Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) responsibilities like A/B testing to get the most out of our digital assets.Key ResponsibilitiesUse our site builder to set up and configure landing pages so that they work smoothly and are in line with your brand's goals.Use statistics on how well your pages are doing, comments from users, and best practices in your field to improve and optimize them.Work with teams from different departments, like marketing, design, and product, to make sure your content fits with your overall marketing goals.Suggest and put into action innovative design features that will make the user experience better and increase conversion rates.Use A/B testing to see how well your content is doing and to help you come up with data-driven ways to improve it.To keep improving our digital presence, stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in digital content, UX, and CRO.Help with the shift to CRO-focused work by using what you learn from content performance to improve conversion methods.What We ExpectA coachable mindset-open to feedback and growth.Proficient in written and spoken English.Strong attention to detail and ownership of tasks.Background in digital marketing or the tech industry.Basic understanding of how websites are structured and function.Experience with content management systems (such as WordPress, Webflow, Blogger, etc.) is a strong plus.Excellent collaboration and time-management skills.Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have)Experience building websites or landing pages (Shopify or similar platforms).Practical experience with dropshipping models or e-commerce flows.An understanding of the digital sales journey – from running ads, driving clicks, guiding users to a website, and converting them into paying customers.Interest in data, testing, and experimenting with performance-driven improvements.Salary: 1675–2070 Eur Gross (depending on experience and competencies)Why Inulti?Health First: Comprehensive health insurance to keep you at your best.Challenging and Diverse Projects: Work on high-impact digital products in a fast-paced environment.Team Building Budget: Strengthen team bonds through creative workshops, outdoor activities, or fun challenges.Pet-Friendly Office: Bring your furry friends to work!Cool Office Perks: Free snacks, fruits, coffee, and more — it’s the little things that count.Shorter Fridays in the Summer!
