You take ownership of your tasks and aren’t afraid to admit when something didn’t go as planned, because you care about improving and getting things right.You’re the type who listens to what a customer asks for but digs deeper to find what they really need. You naturally follow standards, checklists and guides, but you’re also not shy about suggesting and implementing improvements. You have an eye for aesthetics and a solid sense of design, spotting inconsistencies and fixing them before anyone else even notices. Most of all, you’re excited to use your web know-how to make a real difference for our coaches and your teammates.Key ResponsibilitiesCoach Onboarding Deploy and customize hard-coded websites for new coaches using our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) system. This includes editing variables in JavaScript files, adjusting design templates and final websites, communicating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring smooth, efficient onboarding experiences.Website Support and Maintenance Handle incoming requests via our ticketing system for both WordPress and hard-coded websites, within given timelines. Tasks range from simple content edits to implementing new features, troubleshooting bugs, managing domains, and maintaining the highest maximum uptime through plugin version control, ensuring coach’s websites are always live.Quality & Compliance Ensure all websites meet Lenus’ high quality standards as well as legal requirements across markets — from GDPR compliance and cookie policies to local regulations. You’ll often collaborate with teams like Web Design, Conversion Rate Optimisation, Legal, Marketing, Product, and Sales to make this happen.Adapt & Optimise In short: we’re the web octopuses of Lenus — we onboard, support, and optimize so our coaches can shine online. As Lenus continues to scale, our processes evolve. You’ll help us stay efficient by adapting to change, contributing new ideas, and continuously improving how we operate.QualificationsWe value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should possess:Experience with Front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON)Proficiency in WordPress and the page-builder Elementor (or similar CMS and page-builders)A solid grasp of web design principles through prior web design experienceStrong understanding of the fundamentals of UI/UX for websitesFamiliarity with web hosting and DNS.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, XD, and Illustrator), is a plus.Interest or experience in marketing, CRO, or branding is a bonus, as we always strive to create the best performing websites for our partners.We encourage you to apply even if you don't tick all the boxes!The TeamAside from the opportunity to work with incredibly talented people who are fun to be around, joining the WebOps team means being a part of a team where positive vibes are constant and no two days are alike.
