Web Programmer – Alumni Website Development

About the ProjectCumorah Academy is developing a new Alumni Website designed to connect, inspire, and empower former students worldwide. This platform will serve as a dynamic hub for networking, sharing updates, and fostering continued engagement among alumni.A key focus of this project is the integration of GoHighLevel CRM, ensuring seamless contact management, automation, and event coordination.We’re looking for a skilled Web Programmer to build a professional, responsive, and easy-to-manage WordPress website with a clear and intuitive backend system that allows non-technical administrators to manage content effortlessly.Outstanding performance on this project may lead to future collaboration opportunities with Cumorah Academy.ResponsibilitiesDevelop a complete WordPress-based website for the Cumorah Academy Alumni network, including both frontend and backend components.Integrate GoHighLevel CRM for contact management, automations, forms, and event signups.Create a user-friendly backend interface for easy content updates (news, events, alumni stories, etc.) without requiring technical expertise.Ensure the website is mobile-friendly, secure, and optimized for speed and performance.Collaborate with the Cumorah team to deliver a website aligned with our brand identity and functional requirements.Provide basic documentation and training for backend management and GoHighLevel integrations.RequirementsProven experience building WordPress websites (portfolio or sample links required).Experience integrating GoHighLevel CRM (API, forms, automations, contact syncing).Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.Experience developing custom WordPress themes or plugins preferred.Ability to design an intuitive backend for non-technical users.Strong communication skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.DeliverablesFully functional and responsive WordPress Alumni Website.Integrated GoHighLevel workflows (forms, contact sync, automations).Custom backend dashboard for content management.Testing and quality assurance completed.Final handover including admin access, documentation, and a short training session.
