Thriving, our region is a model of sustainability, where caring for our environment, creating vibrant communities and growing our local economy is a way of life.About The RoleThe Digital and Information Services branch delivers agile and transformative technology, enabling Council to lead in innovative and sustainable services.As a Web Services Officer, You’llLiaise with software vendors to coordinate upgrades and issue resolutionConduct web analytics and reporting to improve site performanceApply governance frameworks to ensure quality and accessibility of web contentSupport content lifecycle management across Council websitesDeliver training and lead knowledge-sharing sessionsProvide support for cloud-based systems and digital assetsAssist with Google Analytics and the Council’s Digital DashboardContribute to safety initiatives and strategic planning projectsAbout YouAs a professional in web services, you will:Hold relevant tertiary qualifications or have equivalent experienceUnderstand web-based technologies and platformsDemonstrate experience in systems analysis, project coordination, and vendor managementPossess strong communication and customer service skillsBe organised, proactive, and collaborativeOur Culture & Employee BenefitsCouncil is committed to creating an inclusive, culturally diverse, healthy, skilled and dedicated workplace culture.
