Secretlab is an international gaming chair brand seating over a million users worldwide, with our key markets in the United States, Europe and Singapore, where we are headquartered.You will be a valued member in our UIUX team, responsible for crafting amazing user experiences for our global customers across over 60 countries worldwide. In this role, you will analyse and understand how consumers interact with our brand, collaborating with multiple teams in designing the Secretlab customer journey to achieve key business objectives. Our UX team is essential in bringing Secretlab’s award-winning products to customers across the globe, this includes our collaborative efforts with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organisers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver high-quality page layouts, visuals, and campaign assets that elevate the brand and online shopping experience.Translate marketing initiatives (new product launches, sales, promotions) into engaging site content and graphics that drive conversion.Develop page wireframes and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate site updates, promotional flows, and landing pages.Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented and optimized for performance across devices.Maintain and evolve the design system, component library, and brand guidelines for consistency across the web store.Support stakeholders and marketing teams with campaign visuals, promotional banners, and content updates.Own projects from concept to execution — driving timelines, reviews, and delivery independently.RequirementsBachelor’s in Design (or equivalent professional experience) with a focus on Web/UI/Visual Design.2–3+ years of graphic design experience in digital or e-commerce.A portfolio of strong visual/UI design work that demonstrates layout, branding, and campaign execution.Strong fundamentals in Visual communication (typography, composition, colour theory, illustration), with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences.Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator. After Effects a plus).Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.BonusFamiliarity with HTML/CSS collaboration for smooth handoff to developers.Experience creating marketing assets for e-commerce campaigns (landing pages, banners, product graphics).Meticulous, paying high attention to detail, with a strong work ethic Understanding of customer psychology in e-commerce — crafting visuals that not only look good but drive clicks and conversions.Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing stakeholder needs with brand consistency.
