Your core responsibilities will include:Website & SEO LeadershipDesign, build, improve and optimise client websitesLead SEO strategy, implementation, technical optimisation and content directionManage ongoing website updates, improvements, maintenance and fixesBuild beautiful WordPress websites that load fast, function well and look premiumDigital Strategy & Technical SupportServe as VM’s in-house Website Tech Specialist for troubleshooting and technical maintenanceDevelop digital solutions for client sites and VM’s own online presenceBuild automated CRM systems for VM and clients (bonus skill, not mandatory)Team & Marketing SupportWork closely with our Production Manager, Social Media Manager and our developerAssist with ad hoc digital and marketing tasks across VM’s service linesBe a proactive, reliable and supportive member of the VM teamWhat Success Looks LikeDelivering excellent service to the VM team and our clientsDriving strong SEO and website performance outcomesImproving VM’s online authority, visibility and lead generationDeveloping profitable SEO strategies that generate new leads and salesBecoming a valued long-term member of the VM teamWhat You BringStrong website design, UX and UI skillsStrong WordPress expertiseSolid SEO experience (technical, content and strategic)Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesA proactive attitude and strong sense of ownershipSelf-starter mentality with initiative and problem-solving skillsLocationThis role is open to applicants anywhere in Australia.
