We build clean, conversion-optimized websites and marketing systems that help our clients grow fast.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a talented Website & Graphic Designer who can design complete website wireframes and mockups in Figma or Adobe XD, and also create high-quality social media graphics for client brands.You’ll work closely with our marketing and web teams to bring creative ideas to life — from layout concepts and landing page flows to branded assets for campaigns.ResponsibilitiesCreate website wireframes, mockups, and UI designs in Figma or Adobe XD.Design conversion-focused landing pages and responsive web layouts.Produce social media graphics, banners, and ad creatives that align with each client’s brand.Collaborate with developers to ensure design-to-build accuracy.Maintain consistency across digital assets, ensuring brand alignment.Stay current on web and social design trends.RequirementsProficiency in Figma or Adobe XD (wireframing, prototyping, components).Strong portfolio showing both web and social media design work.Basic understanding of UX/UI principles.Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.English communication (written and verbal). C1 or HigherBonus PointsExperience with WordPress or Webflow handoff.Familiarity with brand guideline creation.Understanding of conversion design and ad creative testing.CompensationCompetitive monthly salary based on experience (range: $1,000–$1,800 USD/month).Full-time, long-term growth opportunity with a U.S. agency.
