Website Intern (WordPress / Divi Builder)

The company offers a range of services, including research, development, engineering, design, project management, production supervision, on-site services, and spare part-, maintenance-, and repair services, all delivered from its South Jakarta office.We seek a motivated, detail-oriented, and creative Website Intern to join our growing team. As a Website Intern, you will work alongside our management and marketing team to maintain and improve our current website, which is built with the Divi Builder, and help prepare for the development of our future website. This role offers a hands-on learning opportunity in website management, content structuring, and digital communication.Job Descriptions and Responsibilities (but not limited to):Update homepage content (sliders, videos, teasers for blog posts).Create structured overview pages for products and services based on provided references.Update company profile page with new content and photos.Merge and restructure applications and references pages.Convert existing blog pages into proper blog posts and upload new articles.Improve layouts for the software and contact pages (forms, maps, content structure).Create a new career page linked to open positions on LinkedIn.Add new informational pages (e.g., “Thermal Oil Systems Explained”).Support with basic website performance and user experience improvements.Install and configure simple plugins (e.g., backup tools).Assist with general website content updates and organisation.Candidate Requirements: Currently studying or recently graduated in Information Technology, Computer Science, Multimedia Design, or a related field.Basic familiarity with WordPress (Divi Builder experience is a plus, but training can be provided).Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn.Ability to manage tasks, prioritise, and report progress.Creative mindset with an interest in web design, digital content, and user experience.What we offer:Hands-on training in WordPress website management.Opportunity to gain experience in digital content, SEO basics, and website structure.Mentoring from an international and local team.Exposure to real-world industrial projects and digital communication challenges.Internship certificate and potential opportunities for future collaboration/employment.
