Our mission is to empower traders with access to capital and help them scale their success.Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Websites Manaher (Web Development Manager) with extensive WordPress expertise to maintain and enhance our existing website while also developing new websites and web projects. The ideal candidate will be an expert in WordPress development, ensuring all web systems are secure, responsive, and efficient, supporting both client-facing and internal business needs.________________________________________Key Responsibilities• Maintain, customize, and optimize the company’s existing WordPress-based website and client portal.• Develop and launch new WordPress websites and web projects from concept to deployment.• Design, develop, and implement new features and functionalities using WordPress plugins and custom code.• Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of all WordPress installations.• Manage and support payment gateways, affiliate system integrations, and API connections.• Monitor and optimize website performance, SEO, and uptime.• Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress-related bugs or technical issues promptly.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, and IT) to improve user experience and interface design.________________________________________Requirements• Expert-level knowledge of WordPress, including custom themes, plugins, and advanced configuration.• 2+ years of experience as a Web Developer (experience in forex, fintech, or financial services preferred).• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.• Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases.• Familiarity with REST APIs, web security, and responsive design principles.• Understanding of forex trading platforms (MT4/MT5) and financial systems is a plus.• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud hosting (AWS, Azure, or similar) preferred.________________________________________Soft Skills• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to improvement.• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
