The projectWe are building a premium talent and learning platform for senior freelancers, executives, and SME leaders in Switzerland. Our mission: create a trusted ecosystem combining expert recruitment, career coaching, and cutting-edge training programs (AI, digital, leadership) — with the quality and discretion expected in the Swiss market. We’re looking for a founding CEO to bring this vision to life and make it the go-to platform for executive talent and continuous learning.
Your mission as CEOValidate the need and the opportunity (interviews, early demand signals, landscape analysis)Define the vision, business model, and premium positioningFind your first clients, sell, iterateBuild a simple, testable, conversion-oriented go-to-market strategyBuild and activate the community of top talent (freelancers, executives, senior leaders)Co-create and scale training programs in partnership with experts and institutionsLead the go-to-market, client acquisition, and first commercial dealsRecruit and manage the core team (product, marketing, operations)Fundraise and prepare the Seed round, with WeBuild’s supportFully embrace your role as CEO over the long term:
