With an expanding portfolio and a reputation for excellence, we are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our dynamic team.Role OverviewThe Mid-Level Wedding Planner will play a key role in managing the planning, coordination, and delivery of luxury weddings from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and the internal design and production teams to ensure every aspect of each event aligns with the Alice Wilkes standard of excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple wedding projects from initial enquiry through to post-event wrap-up with budgets ranging from £350-500K in the UK and Abroad.Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and supplier lists.Liaise directly with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and priorities.Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with venues, caterers, florists, entertainment, and other suppliers.Support the creative team in translating design concepts into logistical plans and production schedules.Attend and oversee site visits, tastings, and production meetings.Coordinate on-the-day event operations, including setup, supplier management, and guest experience.Ensure every project meets Alice Wilkes’ brand standards of quality, service, and creativity.Contribute to internal process improvement and mentor junior team members as needed.Skills & Experience5 years of experience in wedding or luxury event planning (agency or independent).Proven track record managing high-end weddings or private events.Excellent project management, budgeting, and time management skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills — confident in client-facing roles.A creative and detail-oriented approach with a strong aesthetic sensibility.Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in event planning tools (e.g., Aisle Planner, Planning Pod, or similar) and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel (UK and occasionally abroad).What We OfferCompetitive salary, based on experience.Opportunity to work with a renowned creative studio producing high-profile events.Collaborative, supportive, and design-led work environment.Professional development and growth opportunities within the team.Exposure to international projects and luxury clients.How to ApplyPlease send your CV, portfolio of recent weddings, and a cover letter explaining why you’re the ideal candidate for this role to: workwithus@alicewilkes.net
