Ideal candidates will bring a strategic mindset, strong stakeholder management abilities, and hands-on expertise in driving business transformation initiatives within the healthcare space. This role is suited for professionals with a consulting background—preferably from top-tier firms or with US industry exposure—who can work independently, think on their feet, and lead initiatives from strategy to execution.

RequirementsKey Responsibilities Lead strategic business consulting and transformation engagements in the US healthcare space. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define business processes, gather requirements, and develop innovative solutions. Drive presales initiatives including proposal creation, RFP responses, and solution demonstrations for US-based clients. Manage end-to-end project execution including planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery tracking. Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and business impact. Provide leadership and strategic insights in business analysis, performance improvement, and operations optimization. Support business development by identifying opportunities and contributing to client growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills 10+ years of experience in business consulting, project management, and the US healthcare domain. Background in business analysis, presales (especially for US clients), and management consulting. Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and independently lead strategic conversations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. MBA from Tier I/II institutions (IIMs or equivalent) preferred. Prior experience working with or for US healthcare providers, payers, or consulting firms is essential. Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
