About us:Baltimore’s go-to for real estate investment and property management with 10+ years of insight, delivering turnkey solutions from renovations to full-service management. We’re hiring a Weekends Maintenance Coordinator to manage utility setups/disconnections, billing, and owner communications for our growing portfolio.Salary: $1,100 – $1,200 USD (monthly)Roles and Responsibilities:Managing maintenance requests for 300+ properties via phone, text, email, and ERP portal.  Diagnosing and triaging work orders to vendors or in-house teams.  Scheduling maintenance with contractors (electrician, plumber, handyman, roofer) and coordinating tenant visits.  Recording and auditing contractor invoices, ensuring accurate financial records.  Informing clients of repair completion, including photos and tenant feedback.  Centralizing maintenance calls and training tenants on effective issue reporting.  Implementing contractor scheduling on designated days for cost-effectiveness. Skills:Analytical, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail/accuracy.Highly organized self-starter; able to prioritize, multitask, and manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environments.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including a confident, professional phone presence.Customer-focused and adaptable to different personalities and situations.Tech-savvy: proficient with Buildium, LeadSimple, Propertymeld, Google Drive, and Microsoft Access.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field (Preferred).3+ years of experience in property management, Customer service, or related roleAdvanced English (written and spoken) required.High-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.)Windows 10/11 or Mac (4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar)Setting: Remote     Schedule:  Saturday – Wednesday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (40 hours per week, with a 1-hour lunch break).
