Source candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, open-source communities, and other channels.
Screen and evaluate candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews and provide timely updates to both clients and candidates. Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and submit regular progress reports. Advise clients on tech hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies. Represent client companies professionally and promote their employer brand. Qualifications & SkillsProven experience in tech recruitment, IT talent sourcing, or technical HR consulting. Strong understanding of software development roles, IT stacks, and emerging technologies. Expertise in candidate sourcing tools - LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, AngelList, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment assignments. Strong professional network in Nepal, South Asia, or globally is a plus.
