We’re seeking a hands-on, resourceful IT Support Technician to join our team at a licensed medical cannabis cultivation site. You’ll play a key role in supporting and enhancing our internal seed-to-sale platform (under development), managing CCTV security systems, and ensuring network reliability across our greenhouse and processing infrastructure. This role does not require cannabis industry experience, but we are looking for someone excited to apply their technical skills in a fast-growing, regulated environment.
ResponsibilitiesSupport and improve our in-house Seed-to-sale web applicationHelp expand functionality for plant tracking, transfer workflows, and reporting dashboardsMaintain and troubleshoot CCTV systems (NVRs, IP cameras, video access, retention policies)Manage LAN/Wi-Fi networking, VLANs, IoT device segmentation, and uptime monitoringAssist in deploying and documenting hardware, software, and user access setupsRespond to local IT needs: printers, scanners, label stations, servers, and more, quickly and independentlyWhat We Are Looking For: Experience with React and/or ASP. NET Core, or similar web frameworksComfortable working with REST APIs, databases, and basic debuggingUnderstanding of networking:
