The SeniorAccountingManager will have a broad understanding of the financial reportingfunctions, including general ledger, accounts receivable and accountspayableFunctions, Intercompany Reconciliation Processes, And Foreign Currencytranslations. **How youll make an impact**Plan, coordinate, and participate in all accounting functions, ensuringcompliance with all applicable policies, procedures, regulations, laws,and generally accepted accounting procedures. Perform monthly and year-end close processes and reporting under tightdeadlines, ensuring the accuracy of the balance sheet accounts. Manage and mentor finance team members, fostering a high-performanceenvironment. Preparation and coordination of tax provision workpapers and timelyfiling of corporate consolidated Federal and State income tax returnsand related estimated tax payments.

Overseeing and ensuring compliance with State and local sales and useTax And Other Annual Corporate Compliance RequirementsResponsible for insurance and risk management oversight. Perform research on complex accounting problems and make recommendationson accounting treatment, including the implementation of new accountingstandards. **What do you bring**Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license, Certified ManagementAccountant (CMA) certification or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance,or a related field. Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance. Strong general ledger accounting knowledge; proficiency in MicrosoftExcel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP; familiarity with QlikView is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, excellent verbal, andwritten communication skills.
