Welcome Call Agent Executive

We bring our best selves to work each day to realize our mission of enriching the world through the power of digital commerce and financial services.Responsibilities we entrust you with:Welcome Calls & OnboardingConduct outbound welcome calls to newly registered or onboarded customers within the defined SLA.Collect feedback and suggestion from merchant.Greet customers professionally, introduce the company’s services, and explain key features or setup procedures.Confirm customer information accuracy and ensure account or product activation is successful.Provide guidance on how to use the terminal or product effectively.Customer Engagement & Relationship BuildingCreate a positive first impression by engaging customers with a friendly, professional tone.Identify customer needs or challenges during the initial phase and provide relevant assistance or escalation.Educate customers on available support channels, FAQs, and contact methods for future help.Documentation & ReportingAccurately record all call outcomes, feedbackPrepare daily or weekly call reports summarizing customer feedback, recurring issues, and service trends.Contribute insights to improve onboarding processes and customer satisfaction.Quality & ComplianceAdhere to company communication standards, scripts, and compliance policies.Maintain a high standard of call quality, professionalism, and empathy.Protect customer data privacy in accordance with company and regulatory requirementsWhat matters in this role:Diploma or SPM, Communications, or related field.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environment (welcome call or onboarding preferred).Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages an advantage).What we Value in Our peopleYou take the shot: You Decide Fast and You Deliver RightYou are the CEO of what you do: you show ownership and make things happenYou own tomorrow: by building solutions for the clients and doing the right thingYou sign your work like an artist: You seek to learn and take pride in the work you doAbout Pine Labs MalaysiaPine Labs is a leading merchant commerce omnichannel platform across India, Southeast Asia, and UAE.
