About The RoleRole Summary:We are seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join our team. This hands-on role focuses primarily on skip repairs, with some trailer repair work. You will need to be competent in MIG welding, capable of working independently, and committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards.Key AccountabilitiesCarry out MIG welding and fabrication on skips and trailers to a high standardUse hand tools safely and correctly for repair workFollow all company health & safety policies and maintain a safe working environmentWork independently or as part of a team to meet production targetsMaintain a clean, organised, and safe workspaceExperience And SkillsPrior experience in MIG welding experience (essential)Experience in skip, trailer, or heavy steel repairs (preferred but not essential)Ability to read and follow instructions and work unsupervisedStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbout YouAbout UsJoin us on the journey…..Over the past 30 years, Panda has continued to grow and acquire businesses that all share a very similar vision and set of values.
