Welding Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Welding Engineer based in Denmark. The Welding Engineer will be responsible for overseeing welding processes and ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. Daily tasks include developing welding procedures, supervising welders, monitoring project progress, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the optimization of welding processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency and deliver high-quality aluminum parts will also be crucial aspects of the role. Qualifications In-depth knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and processes, including experience with aluminum welding and associated technologies such as TIG, MIG, and resistance weldingProficiency in quality standards, compliance with certifications (ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018), and knowledge of quality assurance methodsStrong technical background in engineering, with expertise in creating and reviewing technical drawings and specificationsProject management, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities for overseeing complex manufacturing processesExcellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departmentsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required, with prior experience in welding or manufacturing engineering preferredFluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Danish or German is a valuable asset
