Well Logistics SupervisorOffshore Rotational role in UAEExcellent salary and self-benefits offeredEnsuring that all drilling materials, tools, and consumables are available in a timely manner to maintain continuous drilling activities on both offshore jack-up and onshore land drilling units. This position oversees and coordinates the complete movement of equipment, materials, and personnel to and from the assigned operational site.ResponsibilitiesPlan and oversee the movement of materials, equipment, and personnel in alignment with operational schedules.Coordinate with the Logistics Superintendent to arrange efficient and cost-effective vessel or trucking operations for load-outs and backloads.Update material requests in line with drilling plans by gathering information from engineering and operations teams.Ensure cost control by facilitating the prompt return of high-value rental equipment and optimising existing inventory before new purchases.Supervise helicopter bookings and vessel backload manifests in coordination with relevant departments.Generate and process material call-offs after obtaining necessary approvals from the Drilling Supervisor and Logistics Superintendent.Work closely with the Barge Engineer (offshore) or DSV (onshore) to ensure timely ordering of bulk materials, fuel, and water.Maintain and update registers for rental items, bits, crossovers, and other equipment; track inspection and repair schedules.Manage and control the rig’s materials inventory, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.Liaise between the rig and onshore logistics teams to expedite the delivery of warehouse materials to the operational site.Enhance operational efficiency by reducing vessel turnaround time and ensuring that all cargo operations are carried out safely and effectively.Requirements:Minimum of a high school diploma.Advanced certification or coursework in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.At least five (5) years of supervisory experience managing logistics and materials operations within the oilfield sector.Possession of a valid OPITO-approved BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training) certificate. HUET and Sea Survival certifications may be accepted at the company’s discretion. The expiry date must be clearly stated on the CV.Valid Offshore Medical Certificate of Fitness (expiry date must be specified)
