We are currently recruiting a Registered Nurse to join our team in Faughart, Dundalk, supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and complex needs in a residential setting.

Deliver high-quality, individualised care in line with the needs and wishes of those we supportLead and coordinate care plans, key working sessions and support reviewsSupport the people we work with in managing their mental health, wellbeing and independenceAdvocate on behalf of residents at appointments and meetingsWork closely with internal teams and external partners to promote positive health outcomesSupport staff rotas, provide team guidance and assist with service management in the absence of the Residential Services ManagerHelp maintain a harmonious, therapeutic and inclusive environmentEnsure compliance with HIQA standards, medication management protocols and health and safety policiesWhat are we looking for?We're Seeking a Qualified And Compassionate Nurse Who Aligns With Our Values Of Kindness, Inclusion, Honesty And Innovation.

To Be Considered, You'll NeedTo be a Registered Nurse (Intellectual Disability, Mental Health or General) and hold registration with NMBIAt least 1 year of experience in a social care settingExperience liaising with statutory or voluntary agenciesA proactive and team-focused attitude, with strong communication and problem-solving skillsFlexibility to work a shift rota (including evenings, weekends, night cover or sleepovers)Why join us at Faughart?Faughart is a close-knit residential service where people are supported to build confidence, make decisions and live full lives.
