Join our team today and experience firsthand our dedication to supporting People First.The Wellness and Resiliency Coach is responsible for both the coordination of wellness program initiatives (e.g., creation, scheduling, operations), and direct service delivery of wellness programs. This position will enhance employee health and well-being within the assigned campaign/s and site/s.ResponsibilitiesProactively checks-in with Teammates and invites them to individual coaching or group sessions in person, by phone, via email, or video platformsProvides individual and group coaching sessions using prescribed approach, and following the ICF Core Competencies and ICF Code of EthicsPartners in the creation and implementation of individual action plans of clientsMonitors and checks-in with clients at specific times to help them keep track of the achievement of their set goalsSchedules and conducts regular and consistent individual and group coaching sessionsCreates and organizes confidential client files including intake and session documentationMonitors, collects, and evaluates necessary data to keep track of clients' progressReports accurate and consistent data by using prescribed toolsAssesses for emergency/crisis needs and ensures safety planning with the clients and proper endorsement to mental health professionalsDesigns and facilitates wellness sessions, outreach programs and activities that support monthly programming and department objectivesLeads or co-leads projects or activities assigned by the Manager and/or Director of W&RAttends activities and completes all development programs and training sessions required by the department and the companyRequirementsGraduate of a 4-year college course, preferably in Psychology, Social Work, or similar tracks*Minimum 1 year experience in coaching, mentoring or counselingExcellent interpersonal skillsHigh level of discretion and confidentialityOutstanding communication skills, with emphasis on listening skillsAbove Average fluency in written and spoken English**A strong desire to help othersFlexibility to work with shifting hoursProficient in office software applicationsPreferred QualificationsSpeak and write fluent JapaneseExperience in and general knowledge of mental health careCertification in Life CoachingMasters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or similar tracksLicensed Psychologist, Guidance Counselor, or Psychometrician How We Partner To Protect You: TaskUs will neither solicit money from you during your application process nor require any form of payment in order to proceed with your application.
