This senior leadership role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong operational acumen, a luxury service mindset, and a solid background in Rooms Division or Front of House operations.
The successful candidate will play a strategic role in enhancing the guest journey through a seamless integration of wellness services and room operations—delivering personalized, exceptional experiences at every touchpoint.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the daily operations of the wellness centre, ensuring consistency, excellence, and alignment with the resort’s overall guest experience standardsManage a multidisciplinary team including spa trainers, holistic therapists, clinic professionals, housekeeping, and guest service ambassadorsApply Rooms Division expertise to optimize guest flow, service efficiency, and cross-departmental coordination throughout the wellness journeyCollaborate with other resort departments to ensure a smooth and unified guest experience from arrival to post-treatment follow-upMonitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and experience metrics; lead continuous improvements to enhance personalization and service consistencyOversee financial performance of the wellness operations, including budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimizationManage staffing levels, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet both guest needs and operational efficiencyUphold the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, compliance, and guest care across wellness and guest-facing areasFoster a culture of learning and development, coaching team members to elevate both performance and engagementSupport wellness innovation through new program development and operational enhancements aligned with evolving guest preferencesQualifications and RequirementsExtensive leadership experience in a luxury resort or high-end hospitality environmentStrong background in Rooms Division, Front Office, or similar guest-facing operations, with a deep understanding of service flow and efficiencyProven ability to manage wellness, spa, or guest experience teams in a resort settingSound financial management skills, with experience handling budgets, P&L, and inventoryNatural leader with excellent communication, coaching, and cross-cultural team management abilitiesFamiliarity with wellness industry trends and ability to translate them into innovative guest offeringsProfessional qualifications in hospitality, wellness, or related fields are preferredCommitted to excellence, detail-oriented, and guest-focused
