The ideal candidate is deeply committed to holistic wellbeing, sustainability, and crafting transformative guest experiences.In this role, you will champion Hyatt’s wellness pillars—Full Potential, by delivering personalized treatments, coaching, health assessments, and curated retreats. You will design and lead wellness programs, conduct screenings and classes, and manage facility operations and wellness events. A strong focus on sustainability is essential, including adherence to eco-conscious practices such as waste reduction and the elimination of single-use plastics.QualificationsHolistic medical degree in TCM, Thai Traditional Medicine, Chiropractic, Naturopathy, or Ayurveda3–5 years’ experience in wellness, spa, or retreat managementStrong foundation in holistic health, nutrition, or fitnessProven success in developing wellness programs and SOPsExcellent leadership, organization, and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with luxury hospitality and guest experience design
