Role ObjectiveAs the Wellness Manager, you will play a central role in fostering a culture of holistic well-being that enhances employee engagement and organizational performance. You will be responsible for developing and implementing impactful wellness strategies and programs that promote physical, mental, and emotional health across the workforce. This includes leading structured initiatives, awareness campaigns, and digital engagement efforts that align with our business values and long-term people strategy. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that wellness becomes an integral part of our employee experience, reinforcing our reputation as a workplace that genuinely supports and empowers its people.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, plan, and execute wellness programs, workshops, and campaigns across the organization, ensuring optimal participation and engagement.Lead end-to-end management of wellness activities, including budget oversight, vendor coordination, and resource allocation.Serve as an internal wellness ambassador, coaching and supporting a network of Longevity Leads.Champion physical, mental, emotional, and occupational well-being initiatives that align with company values.Partner with internal functions and external providers to deliver high-quality health and wellness activations.Monitor participation metrics, gather feedback, and provide insights-driven recommendations for program enhancement.Work closely with the personal AI health app team to drive adoption, utilization, and employee motivation through digital engagement.Ensure wellness initiatives reinforce our organizational culture, business objectives, and healthcare ecosystem.Collaborate with HR, clinical, and business leaders to embed wellness into strategic operations.Utilize data analytics to refine strategy and report measurable impact.Perform additional duties and special assignments as directed by Management.RequirementsBachelor's degree in health management, Wellness, HR, Organizational Psychology, or related discipline.Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing employee wellness programs.Strong knowledge of wellness trends, engagement strategies, and employee well-being best practices.Exceptional communication, vendor management, and planning capabilities.Ability to interpret data and convert insights into program enhancements.Creative approach to problem-solving and employee engagement.Ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
