Job Description

Support the Director Key Account Management by delivering data-driven insights and visualizations that enhance decision-making in logistics, forecasting, and pricing strategies.Close collaboration with Head of Sales Operations and Head of Sales Analytics.Key Responsibilities1. Logistics Cost AnalysisProvide transparency on cost charged on a monthly base. Analyse the cost structures to support accurate customer charging.Evaluate logistics surcharges based on shipment type (e.g., parcel, full truck load, van) and location/country.2. Forecast AccuracyDevelop a methodology to assess forecast accuracy for selected key accounts.Identify patterns and gaps in forecast reliability to improve planning and alignment.3. Pricing SimulationsModel the impact of price increases based on customer’s historical product portfolio.Support various stakeholders with tailored simulations and insights to support price negotiationsYour profileStrong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.Interest in logistics, commercial strategy, and data-driven decision-making.
