Primary Job PurposeAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our Food & Beverage team. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you are responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests during breakfast, lunch and dinner service and provide a great service making the guest experience truly memorable. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals, with a can-do attitude and commitment to making a difference.
We are happy to discuss individual requirements in terms of weekly hoursRoles And ResponsibilitiesProviding exceptional levels of service to all guests responding to requests and complaints in a timely manner and ensuring guest satisfactionPreparing the outlets ready for service and ensuring the operation is left ready for the next shiftTaking beverage orders from customers, preparing and serving drinks as requested, paying attention to detailAssist with the receiving and storage of goodsMaintain a good food safety, hygiene standards and practicesAssists with cellar operationsAssists with the preparation of a food and beverage functions serviceCleaning of equipmentCleaning and maintaining glassware and china for servicePreparation of waiter service stationsPreparation of tablesMaintain high standard of personal appearance and hygiene including wearing and maintaining a clean uniform at all times.
