Conduct regular security checks, ensuring that the premises are safe and secure and any defects are reported to Management. Follow correct procedures in the event of an emergency. Answer internal and external telephone calls. Check in any late arrivals and manage early departures. Provide overnight support to guests and respond to queries and emergency calls. Deal with any guest queries or complaints in a professional manager, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Clean the Restaurant and function suite to a high standard. RequirementsSimilar previous experience is an advantage.
A current SIA licence is desirable however training for this can be provided. A positive work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills is desirable.
