We are looking for a Commis Chef to join our team at Piran Meadows Resort in Newquay, Cornwall This is a Permanent position to work full time hours. This will be 35 hours across Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday which will include afternoons and evenings. Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business. Ensure that all stock rotation is accurate and effective.
Comply with all food hygiene regulations at all times. Help with pot washing. Assist with collecting tableware and plates within the restaurant area. RequirementsSimilar previous experience is desired. Catering qualifications are an advantage but not essential.
