Job Description

Job DescriptionAs a Senior Manager - Learning and Development Solutions, you will build and manage a large team of L&D training professionals responsible for facilitating the successful implementation of a transformational digital platform. The Senior Manager and team will conduct deployment planning, training development and leadership in both virtual and in-person settings for multiple business functions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Help your team manage their workload to ensure they achieve desired results Review and provide feedback to your team on their learning/development solutions and facilitation skills Coach, train, and develop your team to ensure they have the skills to meet the needs of the business, and are growing as L&D professionals Develop training programs based on continuous learning, technical release-based training and site deployment training Develop processes to ensure an efficient and continuous flow of information about site training requirements and nuances Find opportunities for continuous improvement in team processes Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D solutions/facilitation through measurement and data analysis Deliver virtual and/or on site training and facilitation Monitor, evaluate and make recommendations based on user readiness as a part of technical releases and site deployments QualificationsBachelors Degree – English or related discipline required; Masters Degree preferred8+ years of experience in Instructional Design (or equivalent role)5+ years of experience leading virtual L&D teams5+ years of experience in Program Facilitation/complex IT/Digital Systems deploymentsAbility to run L&D programs end-to-end and facilitate ILT/VILT sessions as needed Mastery of Articulate 360, PowerPoint, and Word, intermediate skills in Excel Instructional design & principles of adult learning experience is preferred Experience in complex IT/Digital systems or platform deployments is preferred Experience in a functional discipline such as Sales, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and/or Human Resources is preferred Ability to travel up to 25%Compensation Details:

$119,929 - $209,876 AnnuallyThis amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements. For eligible positions, compensation may also include participation in a bonus or sales compensation plan paid according to achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package.
