In this position, you will oversee all financial strategies and operations across the Group, while actively managing their real estate investments and leading the operating companies. What You’ll Do: As our CFO, you will: Drive Financial Health:

 Oversee the strategic growth of our organization, managing cash flow, banking, insurance, taxes, and financial risk to ensure our financial stability and success. Lead Real Estate Investments:  Manage the income-producing real estate assets, fostering strong relationships with tenants and identifying new investment opportunities that align with their values. Support Operating Companies:  Provide strategic oversight to the group companies, ensuring alignment with their mission and financial goals while leading projects related to expansion and innovation. CPA or equivalent designation; MBA or advanced finance degree preferred. Strong experience in family business operations and dynamics. Deep knowledge of taxation, real estate investment, and financial risk management. Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams. Hands-on leadership style with a balance of strategic vision and operational execution. Must be available to work onsite full-time.
