We are currently looking for a HR Administrator to join our team initially on a 3 day week basis or 5 mornings a week. What You'll Do. . . Your Duties will include but are not limited to:

Maintaining HR files ensuring all employee information is up to date Onboarding New Employees and Onboarding Administration Administration of our HR System Conducting Final Payroll checksManaging joiners / leavers for payroll ReportingQuarterly Joiners and Leavers reports to ManagersMonthly sick leave reports to John, Ger, + Relevant Department managerEnsuring breaks are being taken, ensuring all employees are clocking, looking at excessive break times Manage and track access cards General HR adminsuch as letter requests, maternity and paternity benefit forms etc Ad hoc HR projects which arise out of the Employee Survey Conduct interviews for Bottling Line roles Manage Employee Workwear Act as a note take for HR meeting such as performance management, absence management and disciplinary proceduresWe offer.
