Success in this role requires a deep understanding of recruitment trends, talent markets, and the ability to attract and retain top-tier talent across diverse functional areas. Your Key Responsibilities Will IncludeEffective Workforce Planning & Talent PipeliningSourcing and RecruitmentCandidate Experience and Employer BrandDiversity, Equity, and InclusionData and AnalyticsSkills And ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in recruiting across a variety of roles and levels. Strong understanding of recruitment technologies, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and talent acquisition platforms. Experience using data and analytics to measure recruiting performance and inform decision-making.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
