About The RoleWe're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a people-focused Senior Organisational Development Specialist (permanent full time) to join our team based in Hornby, Christchurch. Reporting to the Group Organisational Development Manager and supported by an OD Advisor, you'll lead initiatives that enhance the employee experience across the entire lifecycle, spanning Westland Milk, its sister company Oceania Dairy, and subsidiaries Pure Nutrition, Canary Foods, and EasiYo. In this pivotal role, you'll help shape a high-performing, people-focused environment, driving employee engagement and strengthening organisational capability across the group. Responsibilities IncludeLeading the design and delivery of programmes and initiatives to build organisational capabilities and drive a high-performance culture. Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure initiatives are effective and provide and contribute to a positive employee experience.
