About The RoleWe're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Organisational Development Advisor (permanent full time) to join our team. Reporting to the Group Organisational Development Manager and supported by a Senior OD Specialist, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering development initiatives that enhance the employee experience across the entire lifecycle, spanning Westland Milk, its sister company Oceania Dairy and subsidiary companies Pure Nutrition, Canary Foods and EasiYo. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to deepen their OD experience in a people-focused environment. The primary location for this role is in Hornby, Christchurch, but it can also be based in Hokitika or Glenavy, where we have plant operations.

Responsibilities IncludeSupporting the delivery of programmes and initiatives to build organisational capabilities and drive a high-performance cultureSupporting the delivery and continuous enhancement of people related systems and processesCollaborate closely with the wider People & Culture team and other stakeholders to ensure initiatives are implemented successfullyContributing to our diversity, equity and inclusion roadmap to build awareness and DE&I capabilitySkills And ExperienceA tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field.
