Pressure testing and chlorination will also form part of the role. Work is performed under the general direction of a Project Manager and is subject to periodic review by the Branch Manager. The key results required are to:
Ensure full compliance with company health and safety requirementsMeet or improve on the construction timeframes agreed with the Contract ManagerEnsure all welds are completed to the highest quality and complete all required quality documentationPerform all pressure testing to the required standards Maintain equipment in optimal conditionWork tasksDiscuss and agree production targets with the Project Manager. Work to achieve or exceed those targets.
Plan works to ensure the required personnel, machinery and materials are available on site at the appropriate times to complete project work in an efficient manorDocument the time and materials used for any "charge up" work or variationsQuality work is critical, reworks cost the company a significant amount of money and affects our reputationSupervise trainee PE Welders to achieve the minimum required qualityPerform PE pressure testing and chlorination work as requiredSkills and Experiences:
