Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Wheel Alignment Technician located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Wheel Alignment Technician will be responsible for performing vehicle wheel alignment, tire balancing, tire fixing and rotation services. Additional responsibilities include identifying alignment issues, conducting routine maintenance checks, ensuring proper functionality of alignment equipment, and providing excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns. Qualifications Experience in wheel alignment, tire balancing, and rotationProficiency with alignment equipment and diagnostic toolsBasic automotive maintenance and repair skillsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills and ability to work in a teamPrior experience in a similar role is a mustHigh school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in automotive technology is a plusAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasksCustomer service orientation and capability to handle customer inquiries effectively
