Tour Leader

We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Tour Leader to join our team and lead small international groups through our all-inclusive cooking holidays in Modica, Ragusa. If you love Italian food, culture, people, and the joy of sharing meaningful travel experiences, this could be the perfect role for you.

🌟 What You’ll Do• Welcome guests at arrival and accompany them throughout their 8-day holiday experience• Coordinate logistics including transfers, excursions, tastings, and cultural activities• Support our chefs during cooking classes and mealtimes• Act as the main point of contact for guests, providing warmth, guidance, and problem-solving when needed• Liaise with local suppliers and ensure everything runs smoothly and on time• Create a positive, inclusive, and relaxed group atmosphere✅ What We’re Looking For• Excellent English communication skills (other languages a plus!)• Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly and proactive attitude• Previous experience in hospitality, group leadership, or travel coordination• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to stay calm under pressure• Love for Italian culture, food, and regional traditions• Based in (or with strong local knowledge of) Ragusa• A valid driver’s license and comfort driving in Italy is a plus📌 Additional Info• This is a freelance/contract-based role, primarily between April and October• Competitive daily rate, depending on experience• Opportunities to grow with us as we expand across ItalyIf this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
