Key Responsibilities:

Provide support via phone, email, live chat, social media, and video calls;Assist clients with account issues, product questions, and general inquiries;Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction;Follow up on open cases and ensure timely resolution;Work closely with other teams to escalate and solve complex problems;Requirements: Fluency in Turkish or English, both spoken and written;Excellent communication and active listening abilities;Comfortable using social media and digital communication tools;Ability to stay calm and friendly under pressure;Previous customer support experience is an advantage, but not required.
