Key Responsibilities:
Promote and offer products to clients via phone or email;Maintain communication with existing and potential customers;Handle orders and respond to customer inquiries;Enter and update data in the system;Prepare basic reports and summaries;Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processes. Requirements: Very good command of Spanish, Italian, or Greek, and a good level of English;Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude;Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus;Good computer literacy and familiarity with office tools;Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable;Motivation to grow within an international company.
